Day…not sure. I’m about a week and a half in. I’ve lost about a pound, however, I’ve been working my muscles so hopefully that is all helping! Today I was a little over on my calories. I usually walk/run for 30 minutes but today I haven’t been feeling well so I only walked about 8 minutes. I feel really bad about this because I’m afraid I’ll go back to not exercising at all. I worked hard for that one pound and want to continue on this journey.
