I usually walk/run for 30 minutes but today I haven’t been feeling well so I only walked about 8 minutes. I feel really bad about this because I’m afraid I’ll go back to not exercising at all. Today I toasted Country Hearth Dakota Style 12 grain bread (soooo good! and only 90 cals/slice) and topped it with Peanut Butter and Apple slices. The crispness of of the apples mixed with the crunchiness of the toast with a gooey PB middle makes this lunch one of my faves!
